From there, fill in the information requested and take a quick survey just in case we need to match you with a roommate. Once you input your guarantor information and other financial details, you’ll be on your way to signing your own personalized, individual lease agreement. For any questions along the way, contact our leasing office and one of our friendly team members will be happy to assist you.

- The leasing office is located on the 2nd floor just up the grand staircase.
- All leases at Stadium house are 12-month installments.

- Stadium House welcomes pets, but with a few restrictions. (Believe it or not, we’ve actually been asked about pet skunks. We said no. You’re welcome.) Restricted animals include (but are not limited to) aggressive dog breeds, such as Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Huskies, Malamutes, Dobermans, Chow Chows, and Great Danes.
